Austin-Healey, Porsche 911 Finance, Lamborghini Car Loans, Mercedes McLaren Finance or Hire Purchase Jaguar Finance. HSL Finance will help you buy that dream car.
So you need a new car? Here is a list of some of the greatest
cars of all time. Buying a luxury marque like these will set you
back a few pounds sterling. They are some, not all by any means
of the great prestige sports cars, muscle cars and even heritage
collectors vehicles from the past 80 years!
There would be no point going down your local ford garage or renault dealership to pick up one of these beautiful and exotic rare cars, because if you read a little further you will realise they are true prestige vehicles and the cost of buying one of these cars is high. You could pick up a 2007 Mustang Shelby Edition for around £42,000 though. Also an Approved Used Porsche Cayenne S Tiptronic Sport on an '08 plate with around 40 to 50 thousand miles on the clock for a mere £23,000 to £25,000. All new Porsche cars are covered by a two year manufacturer's warranty and all Porsche Approved used cars benefit from a comprehensive 12 month parts and labour warranty so your in great hands there!
In no particular order, I have found these to be among some of the favourite's:
Austin Healey 3000
The Austin-Healey 3000 was a sports car built from 1959 to 1967, by the Austin-Healey marque, and is the best known of the 'big' Healey models. The 3000 was a prominent car which won its class in many European rallies in its heyday - and is still used in competition by enthusiasts today. The car was originally to be called the "Mille Miglia" after the famous sports car race, but the displacement-based "3000" name stuck instead. Both the 3000 and the 100 before it were known simply as "the Austin-Healey" in the 1950s, since the company was essentially a single-vehicle marque.
Aston Martin V8 Vantage
The Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a supreme example of modern automotive design, a hand-crafted sports car that offers exceptional performance, outstanding agility and everyday usability.
At the heart of this great sports car is a superb engine, and the V8 Vantage Coupe and Roadster are powered by Aston Martin's 313 kW (420 bhp) 4.7-litre V8, developed with flexibility and performance in mind. The V8 also sounds spectacular and is capable of launching the car to a maximum speed of 288 km/h (180 mph).
MGA Roadster
The MGA is a sports car produced by MG division of the British Motor Corporation from 1955 to 1962. The MGA replaced the older T series cars and represented a complete styling break from the older vehicles. The car was officially launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show of 1955. It was replaced by the MGB when production ceased in July 1962. Through that time, BMC sold 101,081 units, the vast majority of which were exported with only 5869 cars sold on the home market, the highest export percentage of any British car.
Jensen Interceptor
The Jensen Interceptor was a sporting GT-class car (semi) hand-built in the UK by Jensen Motors between 1966 and 1976. The Interceptor name had been used previously by Jensen, however it broke with Jensen tradition by having a steel bodyshell instead of glass-reinforced plastic and by having the body designed by an outside firm, Carrozzeria Touring of Italy, rather than the in-house staff. The early bodies were Italian-built, by Vignale, before production began in West Bromwich.
Porsche 911 (1965 - 1973)
The original Porsche 911 (pronounced as nine eleven, Neunelfer in German) was a sports car made by Porsche AG of Stuttgart, Germany. The famous, distinctive, and durable design introduced in autumn 1963 and built until 1989, when it was succeeded by a modified version which, despite internally called Porsche 964, was still sold as Porsche 911 (as are current models).
Corvette Stingray
The Corvette Stingray Racer was designed by Bill Mitchell, GM Vice President of styling, and Larry Shinoda in 1959. The basis of the "Stingray" was the 1957 Corvette SS, an engineering tester chassis for the building of an official Chevrolet racer within the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Soon after its race debut, the Automobile Manufacturer's Association banned manufacturer-sponsored racing, and the SS had been demoted to test track only.
Aston Martin DB4
The DB4 was a sports car sold by Aston Martin from 1958 through to 1963. It was an entirely different car from the DB Mark III it succeeded. The 3.7 L (3670 cc/223 cubic inches) engine, designed by Tadek Marek, was a dual overhead cam straight-6. It was prone to overheating initially, but the 240 hp (179 kW) produced by the twin-SU carburetor version made consumers wavier this. Disc brakes were fitted all around, with early Dunlops being replaced by Girlings.
Porsche Carrera
One of the Top 20 most expensive cars in the world, a supercar with
controlled steadiness. A top speed of 209 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. The Porsche Carrera GT shows the abilities of a true racing car to offer an unquestionable driving feeling on the road. The development of the Carrera GT goes back to its predecessors, the 911 GT1 and LMP1-98 racing cars. Due in part to the FIA and ACO rule changes in 1998, both designs ceased and. Porsche planned on a new Le Mans prototype for 1999. The car was initially intended to use a turbo charged flat-6, but was later redesigned to use a new V10 engine, pushing the project back to planned competition in 2000.
Aston Martin Vanquish
The Aston Martin Vanquish is a grand tourer, designed by Ian Callum and manufactured by Aston Martin. From its introduction in to its cancellation, it was Aston Martin's most impressive vehicle. Fame to the public came after being the official James Bond car in Die Another Day, the twentieth James Bond film. It was discontinued in 2007. The Aston Martin DBS V12 will temporarily replace it atop Aston's lineup pending the 2010 introduction of a replacement.
Mercedes McLaren
Again in the Top 20 most expensive cars, but also, the SLR McLaren is the fastest automatic transmission car in the world with a top speed of 207 mph+ and reaching 60 mph in 3.8 seconds from stand still point. The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is an Anglo-German sports car jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive, built in Portsmouth and the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey, England. Daimler AG, owner of Mercedes-Benz, also owns 40% of the McLaren Group. The presence of the automatic gear box, a front mid-engine arrangement and its driving characteristics lead some commentators to classify the SLR McLaren as a GT whose rivals can be considered to be e.g. the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish and Ferrari 599 GTB.
Ferrari 360
The Ferrari 360 is a mid-engine two-seat sports car produced between 1999 and 2005. The 360 replaced the Ferrari F355 and was itself replaced by the fairly similar Ferrari F430. For the 360, Ferrari partnered with Alcoa to produce an entirely new all-aluminum space-frame chassis that was 40% stiffer than the 355, yet 28% lighter despite a 10% increase in overall dimensions. Along with the new frame was a new Pininfarina body styling that broke ranks with the last decade's sharp angles and flip-up headlights, replacing them with a rounded appearance that harkened to the 1960s.
Ferrari Enzo
The Enzo Ferrari is a 12-cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company's founder, Enzo Ferrari. It is currently the most powerful naturally aspirated production car in the world. It was built in 2003 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style sequential shift transmission, and carbon-ceramic brake discs. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics. The Enzo's V12 engine is the first of a new generation for Ferrari. In 2004, Sports Car International named the Enzo Ferrari number three on their list of Top Sports Cars of the 2000s. Motor Trend Classic named the Enzo as number four in their list of the ten "Greatest Ferraris of all time".
Porsche 550 Spyder
The Porsche 550 Sypder is most famously known as the car in which James Dean died. That was one famous Hollywood movie star who did not need to speak to us about sportscar finance. The Porsche 550 was a sports car produced by Porsche during the 1950s. Inspired by a small Porsche 356 Spyder which was created and raced by Walter Glockler in 1951, the factory decided to build such a car, being its first designed specifically for use in auto racing. The 550 is very low to the ground, in order to be efficient for racing. The 550 became known as Spyder or RS, and gave Porsche its first overall win in a major sports car racing event, the 1956 Targa Florid.
Bugatti Veyron
This is officially the most expensive legal road car available today.
It is also the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.5 seconds.
The Bugatti Veyron is a mid-engine based sports car produced by
Volkswagen Group (Volkswagen AG) (VWAG) subsidiary Bugatti Automobiles
SAS introduced in 2005. It is the quickest accelerating and decelerating
street-legal production car in the world, and was the world's fastest

Aero Twin Turbo produced by Shelby SuperCars. James May the Top
Gear presenter also featured a portion of the program driving the
veyron at top gear achieving it's full speed. The clips from that
video are available to watch on utube. The Veyron 100 litre fuel
supply can be emptied the in just 11 minutes at maximum velocity,
there are currently no car tyres available for this sports car that
can maintain their integrity for at the vehicles full speed for
longer than approximately 30 minutes before the delaminate due to
the heat generated by friction with the roads surface. In March
2007 the Bugatti veyron made the news for slightly more macabre
reasons. A Bugatti Veyron registered to 41-year old businessman
Kumar Soni was crashed by who it is believed to be his younger brother,
39-year old Ajay Soni. The crash occurred near the ownerís Surrey
home. This is believed to be the first actual road crash to right-off
a Bugatti veyron in the world. A record not that hard to beat quite
frankly when you consider that if you were to looking for supercar
finance on this car costs around £850,000 to buy.
SSC Ultimate Aero
The SSC Aero is an American-built mid-engine sports car by Shelby Super Cars. One of the most expensive cars in the world, but not the most, however, it is actually fastest street legal car in the world with a top speed of 257 mph+ and reaching 0-60 in 2.7 seconds. Lamborghini Murcielago LP640

The Lamborghini Murcielago is a sports car produced by Italian automaker Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and designed by Luc Donckerwolke. It was introduced in 2002 as the successor to the Diablo. The Murcielago is a two-door, two-seat coupe. To celebrate the company's 40 years in operation, 50 special edition Murcielagos were built during the autumn of 2003. An open-top version called the Murcielago Roadster was introduced in 2004 for the 2005 model year. The roadster features similar performance to the coupÈ with a more aggressive rear flank, as well as a considerably higher price tag.
Ford Shelby Mustang GT 500
The Shelby Mustang is a performance pony car first built in the 1960s. It was originally a series of Ford Mustangs which were specially modified by Carroll Shelby's company and sold as a series. Ford Motor Company was in financial trouble with falling sales at the time. Carol Shelby recently apperead on the tv car show normally aired on Discovery Motors called Custom My Ride. he was presented with a trick special edition 2007 Shelby with a Ford performance motor and custom paint work too. This car was to be the prototype for a full scale aftermarket body kit that would be sold by the company that hosts the show from their workshop. The program was factory-sponsored and production was eventually moved in-house. This car is also most famously known as "Eleanor" in "Gone in 60 seconds"

at Conner Avenue Assembly in October 1995. The car, as well as numerous
variations of it, has made countless appearances in TV shows, video
games, movies, and music videos. There really is no credible auto
racing tv game, gameboy or playstation that does not feature this
iconic. Even the movie The Fast and the Furious have some incredible
movie scenes which show the Viper off in all its furious tyre ripping
glory.
Dodge Charger
The Dodge Charger, in its current incarnation, is a rear-wheel drive full-size automobile built by Chrysler LLC for its North American Dodge brand. The Charger name is a historical one, borne by many other Dodge Charger models in the past. Introduced in February 2005 for the 2006 model year, this new Charger shares the LX platform of the Chrysler 300 and the now discontinued Dodge Magnum, which borrows component parts from the Mercedes E-Class platform; in fact, the interior of the Charger is almost identical to that of the Magnum. It replaced the Dodge Intrepid as Dodge's full-size sedan. This Charger is a four-door sedan, disappointing many fans of the previous two-door Chargers.
